Simple And Healthy Banana Pancakes With Chocolate Drips For A Weekend Warrior!

While we believe any day is a good pancake day, Sunday is undeniably pancake day. BUT not just any pancakes... Banana pancakes! And while we'd love to whip up the most luxurious stack of pancakes from scratch, us weekend warriors don't have time for that! SO... we have quick and easy vegan and paleo options for our favorite: Chocolate Drizzle Banana Pancakes!


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 small free-range eggs
  • 100 g of almond butter
  • spoon of forest honey
  • chocolate drops


  • Pollen
  • Forest honey
  • Strawberries
  • More chocolate drops!

For frying: use avocado oil, as it has no taste and is suitable for high temperatures! Pancakes will be crispy and delicious because of it!


Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the chocolate drops and slowly mix them into the dough. Then add the oil to the pan and heat it on a low temperature. Add about 1/2 cup batter to each pancake and fry them. Wait until the edges are lightly browned, which usually takes about two minutes on each side, before flipping. When you have used up all the mass, decorate the pancakes with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
