YOU NEED:
- 200 g pollen,
- Chestnut honey
- an empty glass
Add pollen to a glass of honey. For one week, diligently turn the glass in the morning and in the evening. Make sure it's well sealed and keep it in a dark place.
We recommend a spoonful twice a day. For energy in the morning and peaceful sleep at night.
