BEE BREAD

Bee bread, a thick mixture where pollen is combined with honey.

Great for easy intake of vitamins and minerals. It is something special that you must try.

YOU NEED:

  • 200 g pollen,
  • Chestnut honey
  • an empty glass

Add pollen to a glass of honey. For one week, diligently turn the glass in the morning and in the evening. Make sure it's well sealed and keep it in a dark place.

We recommend a spoonful twice a day. For energy in the morning and peaceful sleep at night.

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with half a teaspoon and work your way up to 1-2 teaspoons per day for energy to fuel your workouts, to-do list, and more.

  • 100 g - suitable for 15 days of regular use
  • 200 g - suitable for 30 days of regular use
