Crystallization

Every natural honey solidifies after a certain period of storage, this is a phenomenon called honey crystallization. In this way, honey is naturally preserved for a longer period.

Storage tip

Like other types of honey, store it in a dry, dark and cool place (up to 20 °C), in a well-sealed container. Storing it in the refrigerator is not recommended, as it may accelerate crystallization.
