Return of goods and complaints

At Mellifera, we take care of quality products. In the event that you received a product that does not meet your wishes or needs, we will replace it with another or, at your request, refund your money. You can return it undamaged, unused and in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase to the address: Bojana Vrviščar, Pacinje 37b, 2250 Ptuj and we will return your money. The return option does not apply if the original packaging or security seal has been removed or product used. We do not accept ransom payments.
