Without Heat Treatment

More and more customers are asking us: " Do you have unheated honey? " Answer: We do! Our honey has never been heated, not even to 40 degrees Celsius, and is filled into jars when it has matured, in accordance with all the rules of good beekeeping practice.

Without Fine Filtration

What's special about our honey is that it doesn't go through fine filtration after bottling. Instead, we let it sit for a few days so that larger impurities (e.g. wax) naturally rise to the surface. These are then manually removed, leaving the honey clean and suitable for bottling.
